Please make sure your shipping information and personalization is correct. We are not responsible for the following situations: 1. Delivered to the address provided, but you entered the incorrect address. 2. Lost/missing packages (please open a case with usps, your shipment is insured). 3. Your personalization was entered incorrectly. There is no way to correct embroidery without damaging the shirt.
We ship using usps and will provide a tracking number once shipped. Once the package is marked with a tracking number provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier if the package is lost or stolen. If the package is returned for any reason, the buyer is responsible for purchasing a 2nd shipping label.
