Sweatshirt can be customized by shirt color and thread color. All special requests need to be sent in a message or added to the personalization box. Standard color will be as shown. All sized above XL will be considered a special order and may require a longer processing time. Message me for these additional sizes so I can give you a better idea of price and shipping time. Sweatshirt brand will be either Gildan unless a comparable brand is all that is available to meet shipping times.
Care Instructions:
Wash in warm water
No bleach
Low to no heat tumble try or line dry
Iron only when needed on lowest setting please be mindful of the thread as not to melt it
No refunds or returns will be accepted because of improper care of the garment. Once item is shipped it is then out of my hands and I have no control over what happens to the package. I will be more than happy to help you figure out what is going on with the package, but I will not be responsible for shipping times of any package that is stuck in transit or packages marked as delivered by the USPS or other shipping companies.
